CREATIVE MARKETING PARTNER

This is a chance to brand a shopping universe from scratch – and make it loud. ONEbasket’s offering a strategic, hands-on marketing position where you’ll be part of the founding team, helping shape the brand, your role, and – eventually – ONEbasket’s marketing team.

ONEbasket is an innovative, playful product, and we see a huge opportunity to own social media (especially TikTok) through bold storytelling, fast experimentation, and smart distribution.

This role is about creating content (copy, visuals, videos), thinking strategically, and shaping how content educates, converts, and builds trust – across owned and paid channels.

We already have our Trouper Shoppers – distinct characters with their own shopping vibes – and we want to bring them to life through evolving storylines, series, and formats. Maybe they’ll meet. Maybe unexpected partnerships form. Nothing is locked. Everything is testable.

The challenge (and the fun) is to move fast, test a lot, and let the audience help shape what sticks – creating content, publishing across channels, and producing tutorials and how-to guides that make ONEbasket easy, intuitive, and fun.

You’ll kill ideas quickly, double down on what works, and constantly push creative boundaries.

Work side by side with the founder/CEO (a seasoned digital marketer) who will support, challenge, and collaborate with you – giving rapid feedback, real responsibility, and the chance to help shape both the ONEbasket brand and your role.

Oh, buzzkill… we can’t do payroll just yet (😅), so you’ll join as a partner and receive equity. Part-time, and hybrid work is totally fine.
