✅ You can always use our web app on any device – all e-commerce sites are supported.

✨ Want a little extra magic? Try our desktop Chrome extension on supported sites. It’s optional, but it makes saving products even smoother.

🔑 Account & Access

  • Yes, creating an account keeps your profile safe, saves your products and wishlists, sync them across devices, and lets you share with friends.

    • Sign up at ONEbasket’s web app

    • Or open the browser extension to create your free account

    • Simply click Sign up and follow the steps

    We’ll ask for your name, email, and for you to create a password. That’s it!

    Once you’re signed up, you can start saving your favorite products right away.

    Remember: You can always use the ONEbasket web app on any device, and all e-commerce sites are supported.

    The extension is optional, and only works in Chrome on supported sites.

  • This can happen if:

    • You’ve beeing logged in for less than 15 minutes (if you’re logged in longer than 15 minutes, your session will continue for 24 hours)

    • Your browser clears cookies automatically

    • You’re using private/incognito mode

  • Yes. We take privacy and security seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.

  • Yes – your web app and extension share the same account, and everything is automatically synced.

💜 Web app & Extension

  • Our web app works with all e-commerce sites – you can save products from any online store directly through the web version.

    Our Chrome extension currently works smoothly on:

    We’re continuously rolling out extension support for more online stores. In the meantime, our web app already works everywhere.

    If a site isn’t working as expected, feel free to let us know – we’re happy to prioritize stores based on user requests.

  • ONEbasket’s web app works in all browsers, but we recommend using the latest version of Chrome for the smoothest ride.

    Remember: The extension only works in Chrome, on supported sites.

    If you experience issues, make sure your browser is updated to the latest version.

  • Yes! You can access your ONEbasket account from mobile browsers, via our web app.

    However, the extension is only available on desktop.

  • Install the Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store, to your Chrome browser.

    Once it’s installed, you’ll see the ONEbasket icon – on our supported sites – while you shop online.

    Remember: the extension doesn’t work on mobile. On mobile, use the web app.

    Tip: The extension is optional, but it makes saving products even smoother.

  • Check this:

    • Confirm you’re using Google Chrome 🤓😇

    • Check that Chrome is updated to the latest version

    • Ensure you’re on a product page

    • Refresh the product page

    The extension may not activate if:

    • The website blocks third-party scripts

    • You are in incognito/private mode (without enabling the extension there)

    Remember: the extension doesn’t work on mobile. On mobile, use the web app.

    Tip: The extension is optional. If it’s not working at the moment, or you’re on mobile, just use the web app – it works everywhere.

  • Check this:

    The extension may not activate if:

  • Performance may depend on:

    • Internet connection

    • Number of saved items

    • Browser extensions interfering

    Try closing unused tabs or restarting your browser.

🛍 PRODUCTS & SAVING

  • First things first: make sure you’re logged in (via the web app or the extension).

    WEBB APP:

    1. Click the + icon or Add product

    2. Copy the product page URL from the e-commerce site

    3. Paste the link into ONEbasket

    4. Hit Save


    EXTENSION:

    1. Browse one of our supported sites (desktop only)

    2. Make sure you’re on a product page

    3. Click the ONEbasket icon – the product is saved automatically

    That’s it – one click.

    PSST! You’ll find all saved products under My Finds / Recent Products)

    • Make sure you’re using the latest version of your browser

    • Try Google Chrome – ONEbasket’s webb app works best there (extension = Chrome only)

    • If using the extension, be sure you’re on a product page

    • Refresh the page and try again

    Possible reasons why it’s not working:

    • The page structure isn’t supported

    • The site prevents scraping

    • Required product data (price/title) isn’t detected

    Sometimes the AI doesn’t behave exactly as we want. Every website is built differently, and we’re doing our best to cover all product page variations. Over time, as the AI learns, it will work flawlessly everywhere.

    Browsing a site you really want to save products from, but it doesn’t work? Please let us know – and we’ll fine-tune the site.

  • A product page usually contains:

    • A product title

    • A price

    • Product images

    • An add-to-cart or buy button

    Category pages or search result pages may not work.

  • Currently, there is no strict limit. However, extremely large collections may affect performance.

    1. Save a product to ONEbasket, using either the extension or web app

    2. Click + (extension) or Add to Wishlist (web)

    3. Choose a list (or create a new one) and Save/Add to Wishlist

🍡 WISHLISTS & ORGANIZATION

    1. Go to Wishlists

    2. Click + (extension) or Create Wishlist (web)

    3. Give it a name and save

    1. Save a product to ONEbasket, using either the extension or web app

    2. Click + (extension) or Add to Wishlist (web)

    3. Choose a list (or create a new one) and Save/Add to Wishlist

    1. Click the globe icon on the wishlist you want to share (or the three dots in the top right when the wishlist is open)

    2. Make public and click Save changes

    3. Use the share icon to copy the link and send it to anyone you like (or publish it on your blog or social media)

    Simple as that – sharing made easy 🌍✨

  • Open the wishlist, go to settings (⋯ menu), and select Delete wishlist. This action cannot be undone.

  • Your smart shopping basket – always ready in your browser.

    Save products from any webshop, keep them all in ONEbasket, and check out when you’re ready.

  • Nope!

    ONEbasket is free to use. Your wallet stays happy (at least until you shop 😉).

  • No, absolutely not!

    ONEbasket does not change, increase, or influence the price of any product. The price you see and pay is always set by the online store itself.

    When you click through from ONEbasket to an e-commerce site, you’re simply redirected to the retailer’s website to complete your purchase there. The store handles pricing, payment, shipping, and everything related to the transaction.

    We’re just here to help you save and organize your favorites. 💜

  • No, we don’t sell anything ourselves. We simply help you collect your favorites and keep everything organized in one place.

    When it’s time to buy, we send you to the store’s website to check out there.

  • No!

    The store is responsible for pricing, payment processing, shipping, and returns.

    ONEbasket may provide a seamless checkout experience within our interface.

    However, the purchase is always completed with the retailer, who processes the payment and owns the transaction.

  • ONEbasket is not involved in returns, shipping, or order handling.

    All returns, shipping, and order-related questions are handled directly by the retailer.

    If you need help with a return or have questions about your delivery, please contact the store where the product/s was purchased.

    Even if you complete your purchase through ONEbasket’s interface, the store remains responsible for shipping, delivery times, returns, refunds, pricing, payment processing, and customer support related to your order.
