How do I create an account – and why do I need it?

An account lets ONEbasket save your products, sync them across devices, and keep everything in one place.
Remember: You can always use the ONEbasket web app on ANY device – all e-commerce sites are supported.
The extension is optional, and only works at our supported sites (for now).

How do I install ONEbasket’s Chrome Extension?
Install the browser extension from the Chrome Web Store, to your Chrome browser.Once it’s installed, you’ll see the ONEbasket icon – on our supported sites – while you shop online.
Remember: the extension doesn’t work on mobile. On mobile, use the web app.
Tip: The extension is optional, but it makes saving products even smoother.

Why isn’t the extension working?
Confirm you’re using Google Chrome 🤓😇
Check that Chrome is updated to the latest version
Confirm you’re on a supported site
Refresh the product page
Remember: the extension doesn’t work on mobile. On mobile, use the web app.

Why can’t I see the ONEbasket icon?
Ensure the extension is installed and enabled
Confirm you’re using Google Chrome 🤓😇
Confirm you’re on a supported site
Refresh the product page

First things first: make sure you’re logged in (via the web app or the extension).
WEBB APP:
Click the + icon or Add product
Copy the product page URL from the e-commerce site
Paste the link into ONEbasket
Hit Save
EXTENSION:Browse one of our supported sites (desktop only)
Make sure you’re on a product page
Click the ONEbasket icon – the product is saved automatically
That’s it – one click.
PSST! You’ll find all saved products under My Finds / Recent Products)

Make sure you’re using the latest version of your browser
Try Google Chrome – ONEbasket’s webb app works best there (extension = Chrome only)
If using the extension, be sure you’re on a product page URL
Refresh the page and try again
Sometimes the AI doesn’t behave exactly as we want. Every website is built differently, and we’re doing our best to cover all product page variations. Over time, as the AI learns, it will work flawlessly everywhere.
Browsing a site you really want to save products from, but it doesn’t work? Please let us know – and we’ll fine-tune the site.

Go to Wishlists
Click + (extension) or Create Wishlist (web)
Give it a name and save

Save a product to ONEbasket, using either the extension or web app
Click + (extension) or Add to Wishlist (web)
Choose a list (or create a new one) and Save/Add to Wishlist

Click the globe icon on the wishlist you want to share (or the three dots in the top right when the wishlist is open)
Make public and click Save changes
Use the share icon to copy the link and send it to anyone you like (or publish it on your blog or social media)
Simple as that – sharing made easy 🌍✨
